Woda
Woda App Terms of Use
Last updated: October 23, 2026
1. General provisions
The Woda app is provided by Zhora Babakhanyan (“we”). The app is available on the App Store. Use of the app is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement — https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ (opens in a new tab)
2. What Woda is for
Woda helps you remember to drink water: it reminds you to take a sip break, lets you log the water you drink and track your daily progress.
3. Woda is not a medical device
The app does not diagnose and does not replace the advice of a doctor or dietitian. Fluid needs are individual. If you have health conditions or recommendations about how much fluid to drink, set your goal with your doctor.
4. Rules of use
Use the app in line with its purpose and applicable law. You may not interfere with how the app works or copy it, except where permitted by law.
5. Payments
The basic version of the app is free. There is also a paid Woda Plus version for PLN 9.99 as an Apple subscription. Payments, renewals and cancellation of the subscription are handled by Apple — you manage your subscription in your Apple account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). There are no ads in the app.
6. Data and privacy
How data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy. The app’s data is stored on your device — deleting the app also deletes that data.
7. Liability
We do our best to make the app work properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the consequences of losing data stored on the device. This does not limit consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms, for example after changes to the app. The current version is always available on this page.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Polish law. Send questions to contact@ideana.io.
